REMEMBERING OUR FRIEND: In 2022, Circle of Friends received an exceedingly generous donation exceeding $500,000 from a cherished long-term friend and client of the Keen family, Mary Ann Crowe (1940-2022) of Alpharetta, Georgia. Mary Ann designated this substantial contribution to significantly enhance the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The funds are intended to facilitate the expansion of the organization's team and programs, directly benefiting this deserving population.

Mary Ann, a well-known figure in Alpharetta, was a passionate participant in both golf and tennis, as demonstrated by her active involvement in ALTA tennis, which she pursued consistently well into her later years. An advocate for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, Mary Ann valued fitness, and her social circle often revolved around her fellow enthusiasts, particularly the "ladies" from Webb Bridge Park.
