The café will be a full-service café, with goods all made with love and care by our dedicated team, including our friends with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

“We are beyond excited to open Flourish Café to the community,” said Diane and Glenn Keen, founders of Circle of Friends. “This space represents a significant milestone in our journey to provide meaningful opportunities and inclusive environments for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It is a place where everyone can come together, enjoy great food and coffee, and support a worthy cause.”

Flourish Café will also feature a range of community events, workshops, and social activities, further enhancing its role as a central gathering place for people of all abilities. By visiting Flourish Café, customers are not only enjoying quality coffee and treats but are also contributing to a larger mission of inclusion and empowerment.

Circle of Friends invites everyone to come together to celebrate the Grand Opening Weekend and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. Meet the incredible team, tour the café, and be part of a community that believes in the potential of every individual. Together, we can create a place where friendships grow, and lives flourish.

Circle of Friends is grateful for the American Rescue Plan Act, awarded by the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners, the County Manager, and the U.S. Department of Treasury.
